Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the MeasureProof website and application (the “Service”), operated by MeasureProof (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

What the Service does

MeasureProof checks the tracking behind your numbers and helps you keep it trustworthy. The free scan loads a live URL you submit, observes the tracking requests it makes, and reports findings with the evidence behind each one — no account access required. An optional weekly watch re-runs that scan on a schedule and emails what changed. Connected GA4/GTM analysis is a planned feature: when available, it will read only the Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics resources you choose to grant, which remain in your own accounts and under your control.

Acceptable use

The free scan is for sites you own, operate, or are authorized to test. By submitting a URL you confirm you have that authority. You must not use the scanner to probe internal, private, or otherwise non-public infrastructure, to scan sites without authorization, or to attempt bulk, automated, or abusive use, including evading rate limits or other technical safeguards. We may rate-limit, block, or refuse any request to protect the Service and others.

Early-access status

The Service is currently offered in an early-access (“alpha”) period. It is provided hands-on, may change without notice, and may contain defects. Features, availability, and pricing are not final. We may add, change, or remove functionality, and we may limit or end access, during this period.

Connected access (planned)

Connected GA4/GTM access is a planned feature and is not available yet. When it ships, connecting your own analytics accounts will grant the Service the read-only access it needs to operate. You will be responsible for having the authority to grant that access for the accounts and properties you connect, you must not connect resources you are not authorized to access, and you can revoke access at any time. How we handle accessed data is described in our Privacy Policy and Security page.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accounts and properties you connect and for the decisions you make based on the Service’s findings.
• You must not misuse the Service, attempt to access other users’ data, or interfere with its operation.

No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. MeasureProof surfaces signals about your measurement; it does not guarantee that every issue will be detected or that every flagged change is a defect. You remain responsible for validating your own data.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
